1.	We're at the Hello World stage again. It's like the hobbyist period of personal computing, or MacWrite/MacPaint in 1984, or the early days of the Web when the blink tag was a minor miracle. Same idea.
2.	Yesterday I ran a survey on Scripting News asking if the Google API is useful. The number one answer was "Yes, there are lots of possibilities." The second most popular choice was "The lightning bolt hasn't hit me yet."
